Who It's For
For when one thing won't come right
The people I work with are in the middle of their careers and carry real responsibility, running a business or leading a part of one. They're grounded and capable, they know their craft, and they've seen a good deal.
What brings them to me is usually one thing that's testing them and won't come right, however they turn it over.
They aren't looking for another tool or a burst of motivation. They want depth, a sparring partner who meets them as an equal, and a space where, for ninety minutes, they don't have to be anything for anyone.
They know that an unresolved issue rarely stays where it is. It ties up energy that they need elsewhere and shapes the way they lead as long as it remains unresolved.
The Approach
Understanding first, then a way forward
For 90 minutes we look at whatever you bring, together. I listen, I ask, and I reflect back the patterns that are hard to see from inside your own day. We don't reach for the quick answer. We understand what's actually going on first, and from that understanding a different view of the situation tends to arrive almost on its own.
Most people leave with more clarity about what's really happening, a fresh angle on it, a concrete next step, and the renewed sense that they can move forward from the resources they already carry.
2 to 4 weeks later we meet again for thirty minutes. We look at what has shifted in the meantime, what worked and what didn't, and whether anything more is needed. That is also where we decide, together, whether it's worth carrying on.
The thing that won't shift rarely stays where it is. It takes up room you need elsewhere, and it shapes how you lead while it's still unresolved.
How it Works
From the first email to the follow-up
Before we meet, I'll send you a short question by email to sit with. It helps you order your thoughts, and it helps me understand what you're hoping for from our time.
We talk online by video, or in person near Munich, whichever suits you. Afterwards you'll have a short written reflection from me, with what stayed with me most. We set the follow-up date at the end of our first conversation.
If the matter is resolved for you, that's where it ends. If something more emerges from the follow-up, we'll talk about the shape that fits.
Nothing Hidden
What it costs, follow-up included
€750 plus VAT where applicable

Good to Know
The things people ask before booking
What if my situation can't be resolved in 90 minutes?
You're the expert on your own situation, and you already hold what it takes to resolve it. As a rule the conversation leaves you with more clarity, a different perspective and a concrete next step. Sometimes that won't settle the whole thing, and there are further steps, which we can take up in the follow-up and, if it helps, beyond.
How is this different from ordinary coaching?
I work in a solution-focused, psychologically grounded way. That means I don't hand you ready-made tools or methods. I help you see your situation through different eyes and act from your own strength.
Can my employer pay for it?
Yes. You'll get an invoice from me that you can submit to your employer. If they need it in a particular form, just let me know.
Can I claim it against tax?
Where there's a professional connection this may be possible, as a work-related or business expense in Germany. Whether it applies in your case, or how it works outside Germany, is best checked with your tax adviser. You'll get a proper invoice from me either way.
How is confidentiality handled?
Everything we discuss stays strictly confidential. That is part of my professional ethics as a certified coach (ICF PCC).
After a Sounding
How it can continue...
Some matters are settled in a single conversation. Others only reveal what's really behind them over time, or a new way of seeing needs a while before it holds in daily life.
The people who carry on working with me felt, in that first conversation, that there was more here and that it was worth staying with. They don't want a fixed curriculum, or a programme that decides from the outside what they should work on. They want a reliable place to think, to try things, and to keep looking afresh, with someone who already knows the situation and how it has unfolded.
There is a way to keep working together over several months, in a calm and steady rhythm. I call it Soundings.
We never decide that in advance, and never under pressure, but together, when we both sense it's worth it. What it looks like, I'll talk through with you in the follow-up.
