Hi,
I'm an organisational psychologist with an INSEAD EMBA, and I spent more than 20 years in leadership development, at companies including Lidl and Fresenius, before going independent. The world my clients come from isn't one I know from books. I've been in it myself: as a leader, as the only woman in the room, in the move from the security of a large company into carrying my own responsibility.
What I bring is a psychological eye for what happens between people and within them, together with a realistic sense of how effectiveness actually comes about in organisations. I don't hand you off-the-shelf methods. I give you a space in which you can quietly see what's really going on, and act from your own clarity.
