3. Hosting and Server Logs

This website is hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany.

When you visit my site, Hetzner automatically collects access logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of access). These logs are stored for security and troubleshooting purposes and deleted automatically after a limited retention period.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation of the website).

4. Cookies and Consent Management

I use Borlabs Cookie to manage user consent for third-party content and cookies. When you visit my site, Borlabs stores a technical cookie to remember your choices.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) c GDPR (legal obligation to obtain consent) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest).

5. Newsletter (Beehiv)

You can subscribe to my newsletter The Unspoken Shift.

Provider: Beehiv, Inc., USA.

When you sign up, your email address is stored and processed on Beehiv servers. As Beehiv is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the EU. Beehiv participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent).

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of each email.

6. Scheduling via Calendly

If you book a call with me via Calendly, you will be redirected to the Calendly website.

Provider: Calendly LLC, USA.

Calendly processes the data you enter (e.g. name, email, time zone). Data may be transferred to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (performance of contract) and Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent).

7. LinkedIn Insight Tag

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Dublin, Ireland).

It enables me to track conversions from LinkedIn campaigns and to measure aggregated statistics. The Insight Tag sets cookies and may transfer data to LinkedIn servers in the US.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR (consent).

You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

8.  Request by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all resulting personal data (name, request) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

These data are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is related to the fulfillment of a contract or is required for the performance of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the data are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries submitted to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) if it has been obtained; the consent can be revoked at any time.

The data sent by you to us via contact requests remain with us until you request us to delete, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage lapses (e.g. after completion of your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular statutory retention periods - remain unaffected.

9. Video Conferencing (Zoom / Microsoft Teams)

For coaching sessions and workshops, I use video conferencing tools:

  • Zoom Video Communications, Inc. (USA)
  • Microsoft Teams (Microsoft Corporation, USA)
  • Google Meet (Google Ireland Limited)

When you participate in an online session, the data you provide (name, email, video/audio data) will be processed by the provider. All three providers rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for data transfers.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
